your nose…your employees. With the testimonial campaign, we handled every detail. HR gave us leads to good stories on every benefit, from medical plans to scholarship funds to the 401(k). We conducted the interviews, wrote the copy, arranged for photography, designed the layout and printed and distributed the posters to all the locations along with posting instructions. The two-year campaign paid off with a 15 point increase in the employee survey for “my benefits are as good as, or better than, our competitors”…the biggest jump for any question on the survey.
